Why the Difference?

It's simple.  Realizing I left money on the table from the sale of my investment property... Sucked!  The proceeds from that sale was so important for my family.  After a few more investment transactions, I started noticing some gaps and realized something was missing.  I knew there had to be a better way to buy and sell homes and when I couldn't find it - I got my real estate license and developed it.
