Myth 1: My Home Has to Be a Model Home.

Your home doesn't need to be a showcase model to sell above market value; our strategy focuses on highlighting its best features and making strategic improvements that resonate most with potential buyers.

 Myth 2:  The Above Market Strategy Must Cost More.

No, you don't have to pay more to get more.  While The Above Market Strategy does spend 10 to 20 times more than the average Realtor directly on your home, it does not cost more than they average full service Realtor. 

Myth 3: Above Market and Above Asking are the Same Thing.

Selling above asking price often results from setting a lower initial price to spark bidding wars, whereas selling above market value means achieving a sale price that surpasses the home's evaluated market worth, regardless of the listing price.
