As a HeartLake home owner, the values of our homes is personal to me. Home values can increase in two ways. Through the sale of each and through raising the profile of the community at large.
What to Do When Selling Your Home
1. Use a Realtor that truly understands the value of our community.
2. Ask your Realtor to value your home not only based on comparables of HeartLake but also comparables of Top neighbourhoods in Brampton.
3. Ask your Realtor to then make an "adjustment" based on Location - they know how to do that.
4. Ensure your Realtor has the assets to position your home properly. This means more than professional photography, staging, and websites.
5. Ensure these assets have the appropriate reach to attract buyers, from the right markets.
6. Consider skipping the traditional approach of list and forget it. It has worked for years, and still works, but is not optimal.
